Here is my ‘why’, what’s yours?

 

Over the past 25 years, I have been a formal and informal coach to friends, peers and employees. I have always been driven by a desire to support others in their decision making and goal achievement.

 

In 2010 I found myself at a personal and professional crossroads where my unchecked anxiety intersected with a growing need to do something different in my career. It was at this time that I met my first coach. She provided me space to voice my thoughts and challenge my negative assumptions, creating the awareness of what was getting in the way of where I truly wanted to be. This led me to earn my formal coaching certification and partnering with others who are looking for a collaborative partner.
